Dear dog sport friends,

First of all, I would like to thank the WTWU (Working Terrier World Union) for the trust they placed in me, to have nominated me for the WTWU World Championships as a protection helper in the FCI-IGP and also as a judge in the WTWU Open, which is offered at the same time.

It is a great honor to be able to support the 1st World Cup, of this young Union, in several areas.

I have been infected with the dog sport virus for around 20 years, have performed with and trained several dogs in BGH/IPO/IGP. For many years I performed at various competitions and FCI World Championship qualifications as a protection helper in Austria and abroad.

As a judge, I have already been able to judge several national championships and world championship qualifications in addition to countless exams.

For 16 years now I have also been able to practice my hobby professionally as a military dog handler for the Austrian Armed Forces.

Besides that, I've been team leader of the Austrian team for the FCI-IGP World Championship and president of the associated 1st FCI World Championship Austria fan club for several years.

In addition to my wife, I also have one or two dogs in my household (3 German Shepherds, 1 Belgian Shepherd, 1 Rottweiler, 1 Miniature Pinscher and 1 Chinese Crested Dog).

I'm really looking forward to this top event and I wish all starters of this Championship good luck and enjoy the performance of your dogs.
